EXERCISE: 4 mile walk
FOOD: banana, grapes, lots of water, tuna sandwich, veggies, spaghetti, bread, cup of coffee (decaf)
Day one down 1.4 pounds. HOLY SHIT!!!! On my 4 mile walk this morning I was taking out one of my dogs. As we were crossing a street she decided to drop a fresh steamy deuce in the middle of the road. At the same time a runner came by and stopped and watched. Its one of those times that you have to make a decision if you want to pick it up and carry poop around for the next 2 miles or pretend like its not your dogs. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE...A car was coming down the road. So mentally I decided that if the car ran it over, I could walk away. At that point it would be unable to be picked up. Sooooo....
The car missed it... I picked it up.... Got some on my finger.... it was gross.
That story is besides the point. Day 1 went pretty well. I passed on cheese sticks, fried chicken and all other temptations today. Plus I walked a long ways. This blog thing might be okay.
