Day 2... Wheres the beef????

Weight: 245
Food- NO MEAT.  Breakfast was yogurt with granola, grapefruit, Lunch was salsa, chips, rice Dinner- mushroom burger with fries and couscous

Cmon... that's pretty good.

So day 2 is done with no meat.  No side effects yet.  Pretty tired but I attribute that to staying up with a baby.  Speaking of which, I did two classic daddy moments today.  We took a shower together and he fell asleep on my stomach while I was taking a nap on the couch.  SWEEEEEEEEETTTT!!!!!!!  Yeah its been a couple of good days.

Plus I was really surprised about my weight.  When I stopped the blog, I just let myself go.  No working out, no eating healthy... normal crap. 

Anyways, I will be back here tomorrow.
